SATA bans Toolparadise from unauthorized selling of its products

On December 12, 2008 SATA/Dan-Am along with Toolparadise and David Nakatsu signed an agreement obligating defendants and all related websites (e.g. toolparadise.com, spraygunworld.com and others) to discontinue selling, offering for sale and advertising all SATA products.
